She's going to throw a fit,
when she finds out that the birds aren't fed,
and she'll hold the sharpest knife,
to all the promises I gave.

The birds they flew away,
as soon as the cold winter came,
the flowers they hid,

Does silence disprove existence,
or does it just mean that someone's not interested.

Living our lives,
guided by the light,
and blinded by the sound that's not present.

Lives filled with love,
love for the waves,

Hearing nothingness,

Fly over the tall trees,

crashing down, time for recovery,
the wings won't grow back,
but there will be a way.

To be free is to live,
and to live you need to be happy,
how can one give up happiness,
just because of an obstacle.
Is it crazy to want to fly,
if it looks impossible.

Why not aim for greatness,
Like an arrow, cut through the wind,
go against the invisible odds,
and hit the mark.
So fly over little bird,
you don't need wings nor feathers,
follow your heart,
don't give in.

Flirt with the concept of a better life,
search for happiness with all your might.
Fly away,
try to run away,
don't wait,
just try to stay safe.

Can't find peace in this place,
so fly far away at your own pace,
